Speaking to LUXURY LIST, Ben Olofsen said the high level of enquiry received by the home was no surprise.

“29 Grice Drive, Bundanoon was on the market for three weeks and we received a very high level of enquiry, which was no surprise given how stunning the home is. It was meticulously craftsman built and showcased exquisite features throughout – a truly beautiful home. In the end, it was purchased by a local family and achieved a fantastic sale price for our vendors.”

Interest in the area remains strong, Ben told LUXURY LIST.

“The Southern Highlands property market continues to see strong buyer activity and strong sales results, particularly given the unusually low levels of stock for this time of year. In general, the majority of our enquiry is coming from Sydney, with families either looking to make the move to the Highlands or wanting a country property to escape to on the weekends, with the flow on effects of Covid-19 still playing a part.”
