The vendor purchased the property in February for $670,000 and was undergoing renovations when they needed to sell quickly due to changing circumstances.

The three-level home’s versatile layout offers potential to separate the lower level into a private two-bedroom unit as a dual occupancy or to renovate into larger family home.

This potential attracted a lot of interest, with over 70 buyers inspecting the property during the marketing campaign, Brent Hodge told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

On auction day, there were 9 register bidders and the home was sold above reserve for $734,000.
