“Over 110 groups attended our open homes which was just phenomenal,” Charmaine explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA.

The buyer profile was diverse, including expats, interstate, and local buyers, young families looking for their forever home and families with older children who loved the various entertaining options.

“It was one of the most exciting auctions I have attended and was hotly contested. On the day of the auction we had twelve registered bidders all vying for the Queenslander, eventually falling under the hammer for $2,500,000 which was well above the set reserve.”
