Five bidders where registered on the day, with strong bidding throughout the auction from 4 active bidders, before the home sold for $8.66m, setting a record sale price for a non-peninsula home in Hunters Hill. The home was purchased by empty nester buyers.

"Buyers were drawn to the lifestyle on the waterfront and northerly views," Stephanie O’Sullivan told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND. "Bidding opened at $6.8m and 4 of the 5 registered bidders bid, including one buyer bidding remotely from overseas."

“This home attracted downsizers due to the lift, locals wanting a north facing waterfront, families with the land the home offers, and expats,” Lee explained.

“We had registered bidders in categories from upsizers, locals, interstate, expats, families, and couples.”

“We previously broke the record for a non-peninsula home in Hunters Hill at 20 Bonnefin Road and have done it again with the house across the road at 23 Bonnefin Road.”
