Ben Collier told WILLIAMS MEDIA there were 35 inspections of the property during the 3-week campaign, with the property selling a week prior to the auction.
The final price was confidential but it was in excess of the guide $7 – 7.5m.

“The property was very popular with downsizers due to the Parterre designed gardens and the ability to downsize while keeping a garden for pets, grandchildren or entertaining,” Ben explained to WILLIAMS MEDIA. “The location was also a massive feature as it was perfectly located near Woollahra Village and Edgecliff.”
Richard Haigh of Parterre told WILLIAMS MEDIA the garden was designed with a classic, neutral palette featuring bespoke details.
"We chose a neutral planting palette including roses, topiary and deciduous trees to create a symetrical classical formal garden and organised our team of specialist artisans to create the bespoke fountain, water spouts and trellises here in Australia while the pots were sourced from a small village in France."

The apartment includes three ensuited bedrooms that each open to a separate outdoor oasis, including the master with walk through dressing room.
Lift access is provided to the secure carpark, where an oversized double garage and separate storage room are on title.
“Quality apartments in blue ribbon locations are very hard to find and therefore the buyer interest in any apartment that has good accommodation, level access and parking is highly sought after,” Ben told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
