The sale of the resort style residence resulted in the Prestige Residential team’s fourth sale above $15 million in the last five months, on the back of three trophy homes selling in the area in the space of a week.

The property had not traded in 13 years, having last traded as an off-market sale by a family that had owned the home for 16 years. The once-in-a-generation offering attracted interest from many parties. Prospective buyers came to view the home in droves, with approx. 50 group inspections prior to the sale.
