While the property was available for sale via Expressions of Interest with a $12m guide, it is believed to have sold for between $11 and $12 million smashing the previous suburb record of $6.75 million.

The property sold after 16 days on the market and well before the Expressions of Interest campaign was scheduled to close on October 29.

Last traded in 2013 for $3.7 million, the home was purchased by a local North Shore-based family.

“50% of the buyer groups who inspected took a contract, with 5 out of the 6 of those contract holders submitting an offer to secure the property”, Glenn Curran told WILLIAMS MEDIA,
