Sacha Hennessy told WILLIAMS MEDIA the home sold before its first scheduled open for inspection. “I had a pre-sale campaign on the home for a week prior to going online, marketing the property to our database and had around 25 private inspections prior to the home listing online. The home was sold before its first scheduled open for inspection.”

The home was sold to a local buyer with a cash offer. 

“There was a large amount of local, interstate and expat enquiry and interest as the home is in an elevated position in one of Paddington’s (if not Brisbane’s) best streets. It was also a large parcel of land for the area, 1,411sqm including flat lawn, large pool and a tennis court, one of less than 10 in the suburb,” Sacha told WILLIAMS MEDIA.

Sacha told WILLIAMS MEDIA that the market in her area is holding up, despite the pandemic.

“The luxury property market is faring very well in these interesting times, predominantly supported by local buyers and their desire to live in the Inner West of Brisbane. National and International interest is gaining momentum as buyers seek to secure a safe haven close to quality public and independent schools, shops, cafes, parks, access to both coasts and the CBD.”
