“We are now starting to see an influx of expat buyers coming in who we have not seen active during COVID, which we believe will stabilise the upper end of the market.”

“The downsizing market normally moves in cycles and what we are finding is that market place has become more passive and selective, particularly in Bayside, there is a lot of choice at the moment.”
