Ben Collier told WILLIAMS MEDIA the campaign ran for 3 weeks during lockdown, with the property selling a week before the scheduled auction.
45 groups were able to inspect the property in person, with 4 interested parties.
“The interest was there because it’s very rare to find a brand new freestanding house amongst the traditional homes Paddington,” Ben told WILLIAMS MEDIA.
