“The first floor rear section and upper deck were completely rebuilt to open up the living and kitchen areas of the house with a completely new high gabled ceiling and roof and a new enlarged rear deck to increase the internal light and provide enhanced views of the adjacent racetrack, and further create a spacious indoor and outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining,” Nigel told LUXURY LIST WEEKEND.
