Speaking to LUXURY LIST, James Nixon said the eastern suburbs trophy home attracted strong interest because its location and proximity to well-known private schools in the area.

"We had 30 groups through the home, with one virtual inspection from Milan during the campaign."

"Buyers were attracted by approximately 1400sqm of land along with being surrounded by some of Bellevue Hill's highest priced homes, including Rona."

"Interest was from a mix of expats returning home from overseas and local families looking to upsize in the current market."
