While Ben Collier was unable to comment on the specifics of the campaign he did tell LUXURY LIST that unique properties have and always will be highly sought after.

The final sale price is undisclosed, but is reported to be around $23.3m, well above the $18m guide.

The buyers are believed to be Joanne Way Yee Huynh and Dorjee Sun, blockchain start-up co-founders.

The home makes the most of the views, with deluxe living, dining and family zones wrapped in glass, while terrace and wraparound decks deliver near 220-degree panoramas.

The water's edge, cafés and the famous Bondi to Bronte coastal walk are just metres away.
