The Sydney property market continues to soar even in the midst of the most severe Covid lockdown it has experienced. Dino Gatti talks to WILLIAMS MEDIA.
Dino Gatti of The Agency spoke to WILLIAMS MEDIA about the property market in his area on just a single day during lockdown and how the Sydney market shows no sign of slowing down.
"The morning began with a few one on one inspections of a classic Kirribilli terrace I am marketing." Dino said.

While still in the office a buyer's agent arrived with a signed contract for an existing listing of Dino Gatti and his colleague Adrian Garcia.
A two bedroom plus study garden apartment for sale at $1.6 million.
The signed offer is for $1.85 million.

"That's more than 20% above the guide" Dino said, "the desperation is real."
