WILLIAMS MEDIA spoke to Gary Evenden about his recent milestones.
What is one thing you have learned over your years as an agent?
People matter! The more you understand about people, their needs and plans, the better service you can provide.
What do you love most about the REAL model?
The team here is supportive and professional. I also love the freedom to build my own business.

I have always been wired and energetic. Any activity is great. Wake boarding and snowboarding are amongst my favourite, but the best is my weekly routine of training early mornings as well as the occasional jog and swim at the beach. Physical activity keeps me mentally focussed and clear.

The market will remain strong as demand is still high.
The only reason it will change is if the lending criteria changes or interest rates increase.

You need to be prepared, it is an unemotional decision and you have to make a decision about whether or not you’re going to buy on your first inspection.
