I've had my best year in real estate to date since joining RS.

33 Franklin Street, Banora Point is a classic 4-bedroom home located within the Flame Tree Park estate.

With 67 and 34 inspections the single level home was sold by Brent Hodge for $895,000, within 14 days of hitting the market.

22/68-80 Darlington Drive, Banora Point is a two-storey townhouse with hinterland views set within Banora Palms. The 2-bedroom home saw 20 inspections during its 21 days on the market, selling for $459,000.

2/22 Pearl Street, Tweed Heads is two-level townhouse, positioned walking distance from Coolangatta beaches, Tweed Waterways and shops. The tidy townhouse was sold for $469,000 in 10 days, with 23 inspections during the campaign.
