What has been your greatest achievement since joining RS & why?

Income has increased due to the flat fee structure and no commission split between the office and agent as well as no Franchise Fees. 

How has RS helped you achieve your milestones?

Full support of the management and administration team. The engine room team is always available to help with any questions and makes processing a listing or sale run so smoothly. 

If you could describe RS in a few words what would they be?

The best administration support, so I can focus on listing and selling homes. 

Describe a few recent sales highlights

I recently completed 2 off-market sales, with owners who didn't want to host open homes. I was able to locate buyers through our extensive buyer database.

The home features 4 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, and a large alfresco covered entertaining area.  Further outdoor entertaining options surround a deep and private swimming pool, with a Bali Hut on each side. 

There were 45 inspections at the open home and 11 offers during the property’s two days on market. The home was sold for a street record price.
