Bohem set to become an Adelaide landmark.
As its name suggests, Bohem is designed and situated so residents can enjoy an eclectic and vibrant city lifestyle. The building is situated alongside the open space and established gardens of Whitmore Square, and is close to bustling restaurants, bars, and markets. A spectacular feature of Bohem will be cascading, ever-changing vertical gardens, that will be woven through the 21-storey building. The Wright Street entrance will feature a spectacular 22-metre vertical garden. Residents will be given advice about how to create and maintain their own balcony gardens. The one and two-bedroom apartments will be luxuriously appointed, and will offer a range of breathtaking views, with all apartments offering floor-to-ceiling glass. Bohem will include an expansive pool and leisure deck, gym, BBQ area, and cafe bar. The developer is Australian-owned Starfish Developments, and architecture is by Woods Bagot and Enzo Architecture. Landscapes are by Tract. There is an on-site sales centre.
