The Agency has appointed highly acclaimed real estate professional Michael Wood, as General Manager of Sales at The Agency Victoria in a hands on role leading the fast growing business.

“Michael Wood is one of the best auctioneers and sales people in Victoria and his presence as GM of Sales will act to guide and mentor our team,” The Agency CEO of Real Estate Matt Lahood said. “Victoria is an important growth market for our brand and we believe that Michael has all the skills to support our team while also identify new talent.

With more than 15 years experience working across Melbourne’s Boroondara and Stonnington, Michael Wood said he was looking forward to the opportunity to cement The Agency’s presence in Victoria.

“The Agency just delivered its best performance ever,” Mr Wood said. “I can’t think of a better time to join the national brand.

“One of the key elements that attracted me to The Agency is its unique commission split for sales agents which enables increased earnings potential. It isn’t widely used in Victoria and will support our drive to attract high calibre sales agents." 

Mr Wood said was looking forward to sharing his vast experience and working closely with Matt Lahood and The Agency leadership team.
