First National Real Estate’s Queensland agents were presented with their 2024 State Awards at The Star Brisbane on Saturdaynight.

During the evening, FN Cleveland was announced winner of QLD Sales Office of the Year and FN Townsville(Aitkenvale), was announced QLD Property Management Office of the Year.

Topping the individual awards was Melissa Starkey of FN Surfers Paradise who took home QLD Property Manager of the Year; Luke Burley of FN Townsville (Aitkenvale) who won QLD Business Development Manager of the Year, and Bianca Stubbs, FN Cleveland who achieved QLD Salesperson of the Year. 

Queensland State Chair, Kelly Isaacs, announced First National’s Queensland award winners. She said that while house prices experienced a steady upward trend over the past year, growing affordability concerns increasingly challenged the ability to secure buyers. 

‘First National’s property managers faced a persistent issue of tight supply, intensifying the demands of managing client relationships in one of Australia’s most challenging roles.Despite these obstacles, our Queensland professionals exhibited exceptional resilience and adaptability, overcoming the challenges to achieve good results and deliver outstanding service to our customers.’
