This key appointment comes as part of JLL's expansion into the Australian residential project marketing space, first announced in late 2024. The new division responds to the evolving luxury residential market in Australia, particularly in major urban centres like Sydney.

Mr Williams-Jones brings extensive experience in architecture and high-end real estate. As a former director of prestige project marketing & sales at Savills, he managed projects exceeding $20 billion in Gross Realisation Value (GRV) across domestic and international markets, specialising in luxury properties over $60,000 per square meter.
His expertise in London's prime developments, particularly in branded residences will be crucial as JLL expands into this growing segment of Australia's luxury residential market.

JLL's decision to re-focus on an Australian domestic presence in residential projects aligns with its global strategy and further strengthens its existing global residential platform. The Australian team is integrated with the Singapore-based Australia Desk, which has been specifically focused on marketing Australian residential projects internationally.
