The brand-new Laing+Simmons Baulkham Hills has just opened its doors  at Norwest to underline the continued growth of the boutique network, as at least six  additional offices prepare to open in the first half of 2025. 

Laing+Simmons Baulkham Hills is a family business headed by husband and wife team Jason Li and  Lisa Van. 

The team opens at a time when confidence is high and growth is on the agenda in the local market. 

“Due to its choice of schools and amenities, as well as its excellent connectivity, there’s a lot of confidence in the Baulkham Hills area at present – and this is coming from buyers as well as sellers,”  Mr Li explains. 

“For everything it has to offer families, Baulkham Hills also offers relative affordability and with the  potential for interest rates to come down, there will be considerable opportunities for people to make a  strategic local move in the months and years ahead.

Ms Van says the Laing+Simmons brand also aligns with the new business’s customer service approach.

“We are also keen to leverage the in-house recruitment service Laing+Simmons provides to facilitate further growth in the future,” she says. 

Laing+Simmons Head of People & Growth Jacqui Barnes says growing alongside its network  partners is at the heart of its strategy.
