With nearly a decade of experience servicing locations South-East of Melbourne, Michael is excited to introduce a boutique agency that blends deep market knowledge, strategic thinking, and personalised service to provide clients with tailored real estate solutions in a constantly evolving market.
Drawing on a background in Accounting and Finance, as well as experience in property development, Michael found the perfect balance of passion and profession in real estate.
"I was drawn to real estate because it combines strategy, problem-solving, and the ability to create life-changing outcomes for clients. It's not just about buying or selling properties—it's about navigating complex situations and delivering solutions that genuinely improve people’s lives.”
Michael entered the real estate industry at the age of 23 in 2015, at the height of the market. In the years since, he’s gained invaluable experience working in competitive and ever-changing markets, which require continuous learning, adaptability and persistence.
"What I love most about being a real estate agent is the privilege of being part of significant moments in people’s lives," Michael shared. “Whether it’s helping someone secure their first home or guiding a family through the sale of their property, each transaction is deeply personal and unique.
There’s nothing more fulfilling than knowing my work has made a lasting impact while also helping me grow both personally and professionally.”
The idea of building Sealed Real Estate had been on Michael’s mind for years and was a natural next step.
After years of feeling restricted by the constraints of working under another’s brand, Michael took the leap to launch his own agency, motivated to create a brand that reflects his values, and determined to have the freedom to shape the business on his terms.
"The lack of autonomy and control over decision-making was a key frustration that pushed me to consider starting my own business," said Michael.
"I’m excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up and the chance to take full responsibility for my success. It’s about having the independence to make decisions that prioritise my clients while growing both personally and professionally."
Any fears about starting his own business were quickly eliminated through Michael’s ability to stay focused, strategic and resilient, “I’ve learned that the risk is part of the journey, and that growth comes from embracing the challenges head-on.”
