Sarah Sinclair has made the move to R&W Coolum where the team - and the principal Mark Lawler - matched her own ethos, values and commitment to delivering a five star service.
After achieving success as a top five earning agent with a national franchise in 2022, followed by top selling agent in 2024, Sarah Sinclair has made the move to R&W Coolum where the team - and the principal Mark Lawler - matched her own ethos, values and commitment to delivering a five star service.
“It really came down to finding a home where I could see there were great values, and I believe I’ve found that with Mark. I've learned over the years in real estate that trust is more important than just a big shiny brand and that reputation will always be number one,” Sarah said.
“I knew where I needed to be. When my husband and I bought our home here in Coolum, it wasn’t a great experience and we dealt with a lot of unhelpful agents. The only person I actually thought was doing a good job was Mark. In all honesty, he's got the best reputation in Coolum.”
“It’s no secret we’ve been trying to recruit Sarah for a few years, and we are delighted to welcome her into the team” said Mark Lawler
“Her previous sales results in our core areas of Coolum, Yaroomba and Mount Coolum are super impressive” says Mark. “However equally important, Sarah and her personal assistant Emma are just the nicest people and the perfect fit for our team culture”
The property seed was sown early on when Sarah became one of the youngest magazine art directors in Australia at just 24 years old. That role whet her appetite for all things property, and the professional theme - although ever evolving - has continued on for two decades.
“I did a Bachelor of Design at university and then became the art director of Belle Magazine in my early twenties. That’s when I started working with houses, art directing photoshoots, and my passion for real estate really began then. I just stayed in that lane, but explored all different facets,” she explained.
Later, Sarah moved stateside and flexed her real estate muscles in Manhattan, working for a large property marketing agency for several years before later heading to Dubai to take on a position with a private developer.
“I was always on the marketing side of property. Then when I got to the Middle East I started to develop more of my sales side,” she said, adding that after almost a decade of professional globetrotting she returned down under, eventually landing in Coolum.
Her road to residential real estate sales in regional Queensland has taken her along an exciting international path, but the winding route has led her to exactly where she needs to be.
“Being a sales agent is probably my favourite job of all. I came into it at exactly the right time for me and I’ve never looked back. I knew the job allowed me plenty of flexibility. That’s why I went for it, because I had a young son. I’m really committed to it, and achieving the best results for my clients,” she added.
Today, Sarah lends her wealth of knowledge - from giving a listing a glamorous magazine aesthetic or speaking to buyers from all walks of life - to marketing local properties, from family-friendly homes to high end luxury residences attracting international audiences.
“Adam Burke National Head of Growth says, it’s exciting to see an Agent of Sarah’s caliber join the R&W brand, this is a testament to Mark and the team at R&W Coolum, they have created such a positive and high performing environment where their team are able to flourish and kick goals.”
“As we continue to execute our Queensland growth strategy, there is no doubt we will continue to see more high performing agents of Sarah’s caliber join the R&W brand.”
