Sydney’s leading property group BresicWhitney has unveiled further sustainable growth today, with the appointment of high-performing Inner West sales agent Blake Lowry.
With over 15 years of experience, Blake will strengthen the group’s leading local market share, while increasing its focused expertise in the suburbs of Stanmore, Marrickville and Petersham. He joins BresicWhitney from a national real estate agency.
A local Stanmore resident, with multiple ‘Agent of the Year’ accolades (Rate My Agent 2021-24), Blake’s decision to join BresicWhitney reflects its value proposition for its people and its clients. It also demonstrates an alignment on vision and values between Blake and the independent property group.
“Blake is a true professional who is known for his unique blend of high performance, excellence, and integrity,” said BresicWhitney Chief Executive Officer Thomas McGlynn.
“His decision to join us represents his commitment to his clients, his local communities, and his ambition to achieve even greater success for them in 2025 and beyond. We’re delighted to have him as part of our team.”
Blake’s appointment follows a suite of intentional, high-profile appointments across the group’s Eastern Suburbs, Lower North Shore, and Inner West teams in recent weeks.
Mr. McGlynn said it reflected the continued resonance of the group’s vision.
“Attracting high-performing agents like Blake who understand the journey we’re on, and what that means for their careers, evidences our strategy in motion. As we move ahead, we’ll continue to deliver more opportunity, growth, and prosperity for our people, our clients and our communities.”
Blake agreed, sharing that BresicWhitney’s vision was key in his decision-making. “Joining BresicWhitney represents the next phase of my career, and a fantastic opportunity for both my clients and I, to achieve even greater success than I’ve been fortunate to experience over the last 15 years.”
Local area demand and broader Sydney buyer movements also influenced his decision. “The Inner West is experiencing more demand from buyers at present than it perhaps ever has. BresicWhitney’s connected presence and inherent focus on client excellence and buyer work means that can capture and harness that.”
Following a stellar 2024 - in which it sold $2.5 billion of Sydney real estate - BresicWhitney expects stronger transactional results across 2025. Its team of 70+ market-specific agents are located across its strategically located office hubs, covering the major lifestyle markets.
That includes from the Inner City to the Eastern Suburbs, across the Inner West and Balmain peninsula, and through to the Lower North Shore and Hunters Hill.
