The Place Redcliffe Peninsula office has officially opened, kicking off with a bang at the opening of its stunning Scarborough waterfront location.  

The evening event, attended by over 100 local guests, marked a major  milestone for the brand’s expansion into the rapidly growing Moreton Bay  Region and introduced its dynamic team, led by Jess Culling, Principal of  Place Redcliffe. 

“It’s fantastic to officially open our doors here at the Scarborough  waterfront, and we’re grateful for the amazing turnout and warm welcome  from the local community. We’re here to provide a real estate experience  that’s personal, professional, and tailored to the needs of the Peninsula,”  Jess said.  

This milestone comes as the Place Redcliffe Peninsula office climbs to the  top spot agency in the location, with Jess Culling also achieving #1 agent  status in the highly sought-after suburb of Newport, solidifying her  position as a dominant force in securing market share. 

Jess, a local resident and seasoned real estate professional, has deep roots  in the area.

Place Redcliffe Peninsula has a full-time team of 14 professionals, including  six experienced agents, three associates, an office manager, a property  management BDM, a full in-house marketing team, and a dedicated buyer  manager.

The office is still growing, with plans to recruit more talent to achieve its vision of having suburb specialists in every area across the  Peninsula.
