Pat Goldsworthy has returned home to Place Estate Agents, where his real estate career began nearly a decade ago.
The 27-year-old, one of Brisbane's youngest top performers, has rejoined as a lead agent at Place Bulimba and is set to bring his expertise and passion for the inner-south market to new heights.
“I’ve always chosen to align myself with the agency that leads the market in the areas I serve; that’s why I’ve returned to Place,” Pat said.
“Back where my career began, a decade ago, I’m excited to be focusing on the areas I know and love, like Camp Hill, Coorparoo, and the surrounding suburbs. It feels great to be back, and I’m here to help you make the right move too,” he said.
Pat’s journey in real estate started at Place in December 2015, where he began establishing himself as a driven and highly skilled agent. Over the years, his commitment to delivering exceptional results, combined with his deep local knowledge, propelled him to greater success.
Since then, he has built a standout career in the Brisbane property market, specialising in high-value transactions ranging from $4M to $12M.
In 2024, Pat achieved two of the highest sales in Camp Hill, including:
These significant achievements reflect his strong track record in the luxury market and his ability to build lasting relationships with clients, which is a hallmark of his career.
However, for Pat, the return to Place Estate Agents represents more than just a career move; it’s a return to his roots.
“I’ve kept an eye on Place over the years, and the innovations they’ve made really caught my attention,” said Pat. “The way they approach auction campaigns, their innovative ‘auction patrol’ concept, their rebranding, and their fresh marketing strategies all made me realise that Place is still at the forefront of the market. I’m excited to be back with an agency that’s continually evolving and growing, just like I have.”
Place One Group Managing Director, Paul Curtain, expressed his excitement for Pat’s return to the team.
“We are thrilled to have Pat back with us at Place,” Paul said.
“He has built an impressive career, with his deep connection to the local market, combined with his expertise in high-end property sales.”
Pat’s strategy sets him apart from many in the industry. He uses a specialist company for retargeting techniques to ensure his client’s properties reach the right buyers at the right time.
“I’m all about delivering results while maintaining transparency and honesty,” said Pat.
“I’ve worked hard to build relationships with my clients, and that’s why many of them return to me time and time again. My strategy isn’t just about closing deals, it’s about creating genuine relationships and a seamless experience for everyone involved.”
Since the announcement of his return, Pat has received a wave of positive feedback from clients, both past and present, who are eager to continue working with him.
With his return to Place, Pat is not only focused on growing his business but is also looking to expand his team. He is on the lookout for a sales associate to join him; someone who shares his passion for real estate and is eager to take their career to the next level.
