For Brett and Adrianne, real estate is all about meaningful connections and exceptional care. Brett entered the real estate industry in 2021 after relocating back to Brisbane from Sydney and spent all that time working within the Belle Property network on the Redcliffe Peninsula. Adrianne began as an admin manager in July 2022, transitioned to a sales associate in 2023, and is now a full-time agent in 2024. Their journey to the launch of Baylife Real Estate was driven by reflection, challenges, and a desire to do things differently.
Prior to branching out, Brett and Adrianne felt the frustrations of being tied to a franchise model with limited flexibility.
“We decided to build our own business after spending a couple of years working tirelessly, investing effort and energy within a franchise model which offered us little flexibility and support” shared Brett.
When asked about what excites them most about starting their own business, Brett shared that while it’s still early days, their focus is unwavering.
“The opportunity to focus our time, energy and effort on the main game - meeting people, creating meaningful engagements with buyers, sellers and anyone in our community that needs assistance on their property journey,” Brett says.
For Brett and Adrianne, it’s all about making a positive impact where it matters most.
