The top-performing Eastern Suburbs agent Peter Perry returns to BresicWhitney after almost a decade, for the next step in his established career.
Peter joins BresicWhitney with over eight years of real estate experience and is a specialist in the sale of properties in Paddington, Woollahra and the surrounding suburbs.
He joins BresicWhitney from a top-performing team, and will further bolster the group’s long-established transactional presence and success in these coveted Sydney markets.
Returning to BresicWhitney is a full circle moment for Peter, who began his career in a sales role at the group almost a decade ago.
“I’ve seen first-hand the genuine collaboration and close-knit nature of the BresicWhitney sales team and the impact this has on achieving strong transactional results,” he said.
“Being able to connect buyers and sellers from across likeminded geographical areas of Sydney is incredibly beneficial for our clients and for us as agents.”
Peter continued, “The ongoing success of BresicWhitney’s current team and the group’s points of difference across the lifestyle markets are more visible than ever for those buying or selling.
That’s powerful for those of us operating in these competitive markets. I’m delighted to be joining the team once again and look forward to the professional and personal growth that’s ahead of me,” he said.
Peter’s appointment reflects BresicWhitney’s ongoing ability to attract and retain high-performing talent, said BresicWhitney CEO Thomas McGlynn. “We pride ourselves on not only being a business that’s different, but one that’s always aspiring to be better.
We’re ambitious for our people and our clients, and being able to attract high-performing agents like Peter to join our existing strong team, is a testament to our vision, our environment and our culture.”
With Peter a “natural fit” for BresicWhitney, Thomas concluded: “We look very much forward to supporting Peter’s growth, and the contribution he’ll make to our team’s ability to continue leading in these markets.”
BresicWhitney is readying for more success in 2025, following a momentous 2024 in which it transacted on $2.5 billion of Sydney property. With a focus on strategic expansion across the key lifestyle markets, a physical office presence in the Eastern Suburbs is on the cards for the leading property group in the future.
This follows the much-talked about launch of its architect-designed Lower North Shore office, and the continued success of its team in 2024 – the latter that saw key high-performing and senior agents join BresicWhitney from local and national real estate groups.
