The Place One Group announce the renaming of its Gumdale office to Place Wynnum Manly, reflecting the expanding influence in the region's vibrant coastal communities said Paul Curtain, Managing Director of The Place One Group.
The Place One Group announce the renaming of its Gumdale office to Place Wynnum Manly. This change is part of the network’s ongoing growth strategy, “from West to Water,” and reflects the expanding influence of The Place One Group in the region's vibrant coastal communities.
“The Wynnum Manly area offers a larger population base, is seeing significant growth in coastal living, and already has a strong presence of Place agents servicing the community. This move allows us to strengthen our position and continue providing tailored, high-quality services to the greater Brisbane region,” said Paul Curtain, Managing Director of The Place One Group.
“The Wynnum Manly area provides a larger population base, is experiencing significant growth in coastal living, and has more Place agents already servicing the area. This move puts us in a prime position to build upon our market share and deliver even more tailored services to the community.”
Paul shared that with the growing demand in these suburbs, it was clear that renaming to Wynnum Manly would allow the Place One Group to stay ahead of the curve and offer a more accessible, central hub for its clients.
“At the same time, this reposition doesn’t change our committed to Gumdale and surrounds; we will ensure a seamless experience for everyone in the region,” Paul said.
The group’s vision for the future remains focused on enhancing its client services, with another exciting office relocation expected in the new year.
Managing Director of The Place One Group, Paul Curtain, was interviewed on the strategic decision.
Q1: Tell us why The Place One Group decided to rename the business from Gumdale to Wynnum/Manly?
The decision is a strategic one that reflects the evolving needs of both our business and the community we serve. While we’ve had a solid presence in Gumdale, the Wynnum Manly area has always been a natural fit for us due to its proximity to key local amenities, its growing demand, and its fantastic potential for both residential and commercial developments.
Gumdale has been a fantastic base for us, and we’ve enjoyed building strong connections within the local community. However, as our business continues to grow and we expand our reach, we saw an opportunity to align with the rapidly developing areas of Wynnum, Manly and surrounds, which includes Gumdale.
This rebrand allows us to reinforce our connection to the broader Wynnum Manly community, while still ensuring that Gumdale locals receive the expert service they deserve.
Q2: Will the renaming impact the services that your clients receive?
The core of what we offer hasn’t changed – we’re still providing the same high level of service, expertise, and commitment to our clients. What’s different is that we’re now more centrally located to better meet the needs of our bayside customers.
Q3: Can you tell us more about the agents who will be part of the newly branded Place One Group office?
We’re thrilled to have a talented team of professionals who are not only experts in the real estate industry but are also passionate about the local area. Here’s a look at the team who are now part of the Place One Group:
