Urban Real Estate has opened its 16th office in Aberglasslyn, further expanding the company’s presence in one of the fastest-growing residential areas in the Hunter region.
The new office will cover key areas including Lochinvar, Rutherford, Maitland and Chisholm, providing a "paddock to PM" service from land sales to property management.
According to the latest data from PropTrack (October 2024), Lochinvar was the top performing regional suburb in NSW with the largest growth in median home price over the past 12 months, growing by 67%.
Trent Brewer, Director of Residential Sales at Urban Real Estate, comments, "Aberglasslyn will play a pivotal role in Urban’s continued growth story. The Hunter region along the New England Highway from Thornton to Branxton and Huntlee to Waterford is rapidly expanding and we plan to gain a stronger foothold in this area.
Our approach focuses on helping Mums and Dads, providing tailored services that meet the needs of growing families, first-home buyers as well as investors who are drawn to this area’s affordability and rural lifestyle."
Urban Real Estate is committed to supporting the Hunter's development, with an existing office in North Rothbury and a third location set to open in early 2025. This strategic move highlights Urban’s focus on growth corridors, leveraging over 20 years of experience to deliver exceptional results for buyers, sellers and investors.
As one of the Hunter’s rapidly expanding areas, Aberglasslyn is a vibrant community that combines modern amenities with rural charm, making it an ideal choice for families, young professionals and retirees. The area’s infrastructure both current and planned such as schools, shopping centres and recreational spaces, will ensure its ongoing reputation.
Accessibility to Maitland, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley’s famous vineyards makes Aberglasslyn and surrounding suburbs, a popular choice for property purchases.
Urban Real Estate’s success is driven by its exceptional expertise with over two decades in residential sales, and a proven track record of achieving higher sales prices and faster transactions garnered from local insights.
With an extensive office network spanning Sydney, Illawarra and Hunter regions, 45 residential professionals and 165 staff, Urban ensures superior service and access to over 200,000 potential buyers across its extensive database.
The company’s high visibility marketing approach leverages cutting-edge digital tools, including AI-driven buyer matching, ensuring the widest possible exposure and connection with buyers.
In 2024, Urban achieved remarkable results, completing 1,209 property sales valued at almost $951million with sale prices ranging from $395,000 to $3.57 million.
Urban’s expansion in the Hunter region is just the beginning. The Aberglasslyn office marks another milestone in the agency’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence across key growth corridors in NSW.
"Our aim is simple - to provide unparalleled real estate services, helping our clients navigate the property market with confidence and achieving the best results for them," added Trent.
