Residential is a significant focus for the Savills business globally, with the scale and diversity of the international residential business providing an excellent platform from which to grow the offering locally.
Paul Craig, Chief Executive Officer at Savills Australia and New Zealand said the goal was to grow the team over the next six months or so, focusing on Luxury, Prestige and Lifestyle.
“Our focus is establishing and growing the capabilities in the New South Wales market, initially focusing on Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and beaches as well as the Southern Highlands and coastal regions, with potential growth in other markets as the opportunity arises.
“This new local luxury and rural residential offering will serve to complement the Savills international residential business, strengthen cross-border capabilities and provide our clients with a truly global service,” Mr Craig concluded.
