Originally from Canberra, he began his property career in Brisbane after a  friend's invitation to explore opportunities at a boutique agency that was  hiring new starters. Mr Kralikas went straight into real estate sales. 

Reflecting on his early days in real estate, Mr Kralikas fondly recalled a  defining moment when persistence and dedication paid off.  

"I'll never forget listing and selling my first property within just four weeks  of starting out back in 2007," Mr Kralikas shared.  

"It was a tough market, and I learned that every 'no' was just one step  closer to a 'yes'—a philosophy that shaped my approach ever since." 

Prior to joining Place One Group, Mr Kralikas co-founded and co-directed a  boutique real estate agency specialising in high-end executive  management and sales. Under his leadership, the agency earned a  reputation for excellence, particularly in the niche market of high-end  rentals.
