RESE 2024 by Coronis welcomed a record number of attendees to the QT Hotel on the Gold Coast for a two-day conference which provided a wealth of knowledge, inspiration and insights from experts inside and outside of real estate.
This year’s conference set out to inspire, inform and energise the Coronis team for their futures. Guest speakers ranged from top performing real estate agents and property managers to mindset coaches, mental health experts, marketing specialists and entrepreneurs.
The annual event is a part of the businesses larger commitment to providing their team members the support, tools and resources needed to change people’s lives for the better.
Held at the QT Hotel, this year’s RESE was the largest in its near 10-year history. Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said “This year’s RESE conference was an exceptional two days for the team. Our speaker sessions and workshops covered not just real estate skills but all things high performance, business growth, mental health and how to win not just at work but in life.”
Across the two days, high profile guest speakers included Australia’s #1 mindset and sales coach Niik Stewart, best-selling author Chris Helder, award-winning speaker Amanda Stevens and global thought leader in psychology Mitch Wallis. Guests were also informed by top Queensland sales agents Oliver Jonker, Nyree Ewing and Moses Nguyen about the processes and strategies which help their sustained success.
The holistic program is designed to address the key challenges the Coronis team face every day. Speakers shared knowledge and real skills to help the team overcome any barriers and continue to become the best version of themselves.
Founders of Good Citizen Eyewear, Nik and Harry, delivered a crowd favourite presentation on their internationally award-winning business. They divulged the setbacks faced in creating a 100% recycled product and emphasised the power of connection to a common goal which has helped cultivate their success.
Furthering the power of the presentation is that Good Citizen’s business ideology of untrashing the planet is in alignment with the Coronis Group’s core value of sustainability.
“This isn’t a conference that you leave and never think about again. It is a conference that affects real change and leaves a lasting impact,” said Mazzocchi.
The Coronis Group has become known for having unparalleled training opportunities for team members. RESE is a part of the strong framework which helps support the most experienced team members through to the new starters.
The conference is also one of the eight major annual events which empowers team members to change lives for the better. Their next major event is the annual awards which recognises the businesses top performers for the 2024 financial year.
