The Realmark Group is celebrating its 35th birthday this month and, while its business-as-usual, its founders are taking the opportunity to reflect on what the anniversary really means to its customers and people.
John and Anita Percudani set up shop in a small office in Wembley back in 1989 as predominantly commercial and strata consultants, with the ensuing decades seeing their offices and franchises spread across the state, becoming one of WA’s most recognised and awarded agency groups.
“We’re both very proud of our journey and the lives we’ve been able to impact, but it’s important we look at the longevity and experience as more than just a number on a cupcake,” said managing director John Percudani.
“What 35 years really means is that we have lived through six property cycles here in WA and have the experience to help our customers navigate whatever challenges the market throws at us
“There aren’t many West Australian owned and operated multi-disciplinary groups like us, and I believe it gives us a tremendous competitive edge.
“Having said this, we wouldn’t have made it this far without key partners, suppliers, supporters and customers, so we’d like to take the opportunity to help everyone that has contributed to Realmark’s journey.”
Realmark prides itself as being a challenger brand in the real estate industry, driven by its core value of an unwavering care for people.
“We value our people and our customers. Our very first employee stayed with us for nearly three decades, which I think is a testament to the family-centric approach we take to running our business,” said Anita Percudani.
“We empower our leaders with the opportunity to build an equitable environment for their teams to proactively collaborate and innovate to thrive in their careers.
“This approach leads to an enhanced experience for our customers, with our value-set the foundation for our longevity.”
The Realmark network boasts 12 offices from Dunsborough to Karratha, encapsulating the variations I in the Western Australian market, adding to its collective intelligence of the industry in the state it was founded.
A truly multidisciplinary property group, Realmark provides services across commercial sales and leasing, asset and facilities management, strata management as well as residential sales and property management.
Realmark is currently a finalist for both the Marketing & Communication Award and the Commercial Agency of the Year at the 2024 REIA National Awards for Excellence, to be announced in Hobart in May.
