Founded by Katrina Arkley, a dedicated real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in the industry, Arkley & Co is set to redefine the real estate landscape in Hobart with a commitment to ethics, client-centric service, local expertise, and innovation.

Katrina has always loved being an agent. As she tells us, “Firstly, it's the opportunity to play a pivotal role in people's lives, helping them find their dream homes or make astute investments. The sense of satisfaction that comes from turning clients' aspirations into reality is truly rewarding.”

But while she was consistently helping her clients with their future, Katrina felt that she didn’t always have full control of hers. After listening to a podcast featuring UrbanX CEO, Dan Argent, a light bulb went off and sparked her into action – it was time to break free and launch her own brand with UrbanX.

Creating Arkley & Co was driven by Katrina's desire for independence and control over her work and financial future, and partnering with UrbanX has been a game-changer.
