Propvue Group has today announced Megan Wise as its new Head of The Academy, the group’s award-winning* training division which services the Belle Property and Hockingstuart franchise network.

With The Academy providing high-performance coaching and tailored professional development for all staff in each brand, in her new role Megan will be responsible for training, coaching, recruiting, performance, growth and culture across the network, while also playing an instrumental role in driving business growth.

CEO Peter Hanscomb welcomed Megan to the group, saying, “Megan will add great value to our network, thanks to her innate ability to develop people at all levels of a business, extensive industry experience, and expert high-performance coaching skills.

“I have every confidence in her ability to support professional development and build trust and rapport across our group, while fostering the expansion of the Belle Property and Hockingstuart network in an ever-shifting market.”

With a real estate career spanning more than three decades, Megan takes up her new role following 20 years in senior roles at a large national real estate franchise group. Having started out as sales operations manager, she spent the last seven years as General Manager, Agent Services - leading on people, culture, coaching, recruitment and performance with a team of over 60 people.

Speaking about her new role, Megan says, "The Belle Property and Hockingstuart network’s commitment to developing its people is industry-leading, and I am thrilled to be taking up the reins at its award-winning training division. I can’t wait to meet the wider team and start providing the support, coaching and leadership which will enable them to grow and succeed in their respective roles.”
