LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast | Coolangatta | Tweed has continued its coastal expansion with the opening of a new Currumbin Waters office.
The new office will help house the agency’s expanded real estate teams which now includes 20 sales and marketing specialists servicing the southern Gold Coast and northern NSW areas in both the residential and commercial sectors.
The suburbs – which enjoy convenient access to the Gold Coast International Airport – have been highly sought-after in the era of remote working. Currumbin houses recorded 21.2% growth in the last 12 months for a median price of $1.86m, while units increased 6.3% to $850,000 according to CoreLogic.
Agency Principal Daniel Alexander said the move to Currumbin Waters, supporting their existing Palm Beach and Coolangatta offices, would enable the business to bolster its services across the Gold Coast’s southern lifestyle strip.
“The new office will provide some more space for our sales and marketing team to provide services more effectively to the local community. It's also ideally placed to become the new home for our commercial team which has now grown to seven staff covering commercial sales, leasing and asset management”.
The expansion follows-on from the agency recently being named the Number One Agency for Currumbin and Currumbin Waters at the 2023 Rate My Agent Awards.
“Currumbin and Currumbin Waters is a dynamic marketplace for which we’re well-placed to service,” said Mr Alexander. The new office location will provide even more opportunity for us to get involved with and support the local community.
