Ray White Valuations managing director and partner Robert Wilson welcomed Dan McGrath who will be heading up the Ray White Valuations Brisbane team, alongside regional director Michael Simson who will be leading the Residential Development Valuations team, and executive assistant Carmen Pugliano.
Ray White Valuations has continued its expansion across the eastern seaboard with the launch of Ray White Valuations Brisbane.
With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Dan McGrath will be heading up the Ray White Valuations Brisbane team, alongside regional director Michael Simson who will be leading the Residential Development Valuations team, and executive assistant Carmen Pugliano.
After working with Ray White Valuations managing director and partner Robert Wilson in Sydney over a decade ago, Mr McGrath said he welcomed the opportunity to work with Mr Wilson and the team again.
“Having worked with Robert in the past there was a natural synergy and a knowledge of the capabilities of the greater team and what we could achieve together,” he said.
“When I realised there was an opportunity to work together again I jumped on it.”
Mr Simson joins the Ray White Valuations team with a strong background in the banking and finance sector coupled with over 12 years’ experience working in residential development valuations.
A Brisbane local, Mr Simson completed his property economics studies with distinction at the Queensland University of Technology.
“I decided to join Ray White due to the strong brand which, like me, originated from humble beginnings here in Queensland,” Mr Simson said.
“I’m looking forward to being able to offer my clients leading market insights and well researched valuations supported by Australasia's largest real estate business.”
Ms Pugliano also re-joins the team after previously working with the Sydney office 10 years ago, bringing with her 5 years of EA experience and coming from her most recent role in a leadership position within the aviation sector.
Currently studying Business Administration, Ms Pugliano will oversee the administration duties for the residential developments, commercial and going concern teams.
Mr Wilson welcomed Mr McGrath, Mr Simson and Ms Pugliano to the Ray White Valuations team.
“It’s great to be working with Dan again after so many years, he is an excellent valuer specialising in the SEQ Industrial markets and having a range of experience across different specialisations over many years with a proven track record bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience into the Brisbane business,” Mr Wilson said.
“I also look forward to working closely with Michael and Carmen who will no doubt be strong assets to the Ray White Valuations Brisbane team, bringing years of knowledge and experience to help provide the best service to our clients.”
After launching Ray White Valuations Melbourne two years ago, Mr Wilson said the Brisbane expansion was the natural next step in growing the business.
“We want to continue to build our east coast presence for our bank and non-bank clients and continue to grow the Ray White Valuations brand,” he said.
“The addition of the Brisbane office was part of our east coast growth plan and we’re actively seeking further opportunities to build a strong team in Brisbane and in our other locations.”
