Project marketing specialist, Foxwood Property, is partnering with independent real estate agency Highland’s project marketing division – in a move that creates a new national force in the real estate industry.
With a current portfolio of 50 off the plan marketing projects, the merger with Foxwood Property is part of Highland’s strategic approach to scale up its existing expertise and further establish its accomplished project marketing services.
Foxwood is a national full-service project marketing and sales agency with an impressive track record in the medium-density and high-density residential property market across Australia’s five mainland states.
Foxwood Property directors Clint Willoughby and Georgia Scanlon, who between them bring 35 years’ experience in the real estate industry, will assume leadership roles within Highland’s project marketing division, following the merger. Both Mr Willoughby and Ms Scanlon will be integral in driving growth within the group’s project marketing division.
Mr Willoughby has worked in the residential project space for more than 25 years, developing a reputation for an innovative, client-centric and deal driven approach that has seen him manage sales for iconic projects nationally and across South-East Asia. He has been independently involved with over 280 projects Australia wide.
Ms Scanlon joined Foxwood as a director in 2017 and through a project-centric approach she has delivered sales and marketing strategies for more than $1 billion worth of property transactions across the real estate sector nationally in the past five years.
Highland CEO David Highland has welcomed the partnership with Foxwood Property which he says will further enhance Highland’s already established project marketing division.
“We’re excited to be welcoming the leadership and skillset that Clint and Georgia will bring to our project marketing team,” said Mr Highland.
“Since 2006, Foxwood Property has developed a respected reputation for project marketing for prime developments nationally while Highland has a proven record as a top achiever in the industry, consistently selling more properties than any other agency.
“Together, our clients will have access to a new level of expertise and capabilities that are vital in the current market.”
Recent projects marketed by Foxwood Property include Central Coast Quarter, Gosford’s first waterfront living and dining precinct. Foxwood launched the first stage of the development, known as The Waterfront, just two days into the COVID lockdown in NSW.
The Foxwood team exclusively sold 100 apartments in eight months and created a new apartment record for the Gosford CBD with the sale of the penthouse at $3.2 million.
In 2019 and 2020, Foxwood exclusively sold Kodo and Penny Place in the heart of the Adelaide CBD which comprised a total of 350 apartments combined. Foxwood achieved an 80 per cent sell-out of the second stage, Penny Place, within 10 months.
In 2020 and 2021, Foxwood also went on to achieve sell-outs of multiple completed projects across Brisbane and Sydney.
Mr Willoughby said: “We are really excited to be partnering with such a strong well-established brand with a proven reputation in the project marketing space.”
Ms Scanlon said: “We have always been driven by client success and with the scale of Highland and the superior profile it has in the industry, we see endless opportunities to become true market leaders in the project marketing space.”
