Leng and Chen have grown a solid client base and investor network bringing them repeat and referral business since 2009 when they established the independent property consultancy, Witz Holdings, and five years later the successful property management consultancy, Estar.
With maturation of these companies, Leng and Chen chose to partner with a global real estate brand and open RE/MAX Lead in a merging of Witz Holdings and Estar.
