Leading Brisbane property professional, Elisa McMahon has joined the expanding Adcock Prestige group.
Ms McMahon, who has worked across many fields in property for 24 years, has spent much of her career focused on off the plan development with notable sales including the highly successful Emporium at South Bank.
A move into residential property sales in 2016, led to Ms McMahon being approached by Adcock Prestige to take on the much coveted, Hamilton, Clayfield, Ascot, and Hendra market.
“What really attracted me to the Adcock Prestige brand was the strong alignment I feel on the delivery of first-class service to our clients, exceptional results, and clear passion for marketing some of Brisbane’s finest properties,” Ms McMahon said.
“To be able to continue all of this within the community I am proud to live in, is really a dream come true.
“My past 18 months in residential sales particularly has been extremely successful. With this new opportunity, fresh brand and unparalleled marketing and leadership, I am really looking forward to delivering some of the best property results Brisbane has to offer.”
Adcock Prestige principal Jason Adcock said the appointment of Ms McMahon was in line with the group’s expansion plans.
“When we rebranded and relaunched Adcock Prestige almost nine months ago, I flagged that we were keen to expand and secure some of the best agents in Brisbane,” Mr Adcock said.
“We were in no rush. It wasn’t about filling an empty seat for us, it was about waiting until someone who was the perfect fit came along, and now they have.
“Elisa has been a member of the Clayfield community for the past seven years and that sort of thing is important to our clients there.
“They want someone who lives and breathes the area, who is part of the fabric of the community.”
Mr Adcock said Ms McMahon, who completed a negotiation course at Harvard Law School in Boston, is an expert negotiator.
“Her depth of real estate acumen allows her to produce consistently outstanding results for her clients, who select her because she offers bespoke solutions to suit their needs and the market,” he said.
While Ms McMahon will specialise on prestige property sales throughout that Northside, she is also the exclusive marketing agent for a new residential development at nearby Lutwyche.
“I’m marketing 19 apartments in an exclusive project which has four-bedroom apartments starting in the $900,000s and going up to the penthouses that we expect to sell for around $2.5 million,” she said.
“I’ve already had a lot of interest from homeowners looking to downsize out of the Clayfield and Hamilton area. Being able to exclusively help them with an ongoing purchase will just add another layer of service for any of our local clients,” she said.
