Launching The Bolton Group was an easy decision for Richard and Amanda Bolton after working under the traditional model throughout their careers. Having previously owned businesses before getting into real estate, they knew they wanted to own their own business again. “I’ve always had a set way of working and have always enjoyed doing things the way I wanted, which I learned running my own businesses. I’m always looking for improvements to processes and new systems to streamline my way of working.” Richard said.
