LJ Hooker Group State Director, Stephen Mutton, said: “The opening of the new Nobby Beach office cements LJ Hooker Property Hub’s position across a large and dominant Gold Coast market.
The agency is a merger of LJ Hooker Property Hub’s Mermaid Beach and Burleigh Heads offices, with the teams relocating to the new premises in the beachside enclave of Nobby Beach, slated to open in August.
As selling principals, Mr Brosnan and Mr Brown hold leadership roles within the agency, recruiting and mentoring new sales team members while continuing each of their own sales roles; as well as providing strategic direction for the group of offices as Group Directors.
David Manby, Group Director of LJ Hooker Property Hub said: “We are delighted to be opening another agency on the Gold Coast, particularly in the highly sought-after Nobby Beach.
“As the new office will be home to all our beachside agents between Broadbeach and Burleigh Heads, we have invested in an extensive fit-out with significant tech infrastructure that is centred on creating a collaborative environment.
“With Perry and David leading from the front, we have great confidence in the future of the agency,” said Mr Manby.
LJ Hooker Property Hub has garnered interest from agents seeking to tap into the group’s robust service offering, recently recruiting four new agents.
“LJ Hooker Property Hub has an unmatched resources and service offering, particularly with our marketing and training capabilities. We have a laser focus on lead generation because we understand that agents need quality leads to be competitive in this market, and we’re committed to giving agents access to the right tools to set them up for success.
“We recently recruited four new agents, who could clearly see and understand our upward trajectory and what we as a group can offer. Excitingly, we welcome to the team Sanjay Agarwal, John Olzard, Julie Holman and Mark Hadir.
“Sanjay joins us from an independent agency and decided to make the switch because he recognised the value in being a part of an established brand with strong support and resources.
“John, who was previously at Realty Blue, strengthens our Mermaid Beach specialist team; while Julie, previously at Ray White, joins us as a Burleigh Heads specialist.
“New to real estate, Mark has hit the ground running, making massive headway in a short period of time. He was previously in IT and demonstrated to us his tremendous skill and mindset that will no doubt see him go far.
“Having this level of calibre agents join our team at LJ Hooker Property Hub will further bolster our group’s capabilities to benefit our customers, especially as we service the highly desired beachside real estate market.
LJ Hooker Group State Director, Stephen Mutton, said: “The opening of the new Nobby Beach office cements LJ Hooker Property Hub’s position across a large and dominant Gold Coast market.
“The beachside coast from Mermaid Beach to Burleigh Heads is a dynamic market that boasts some of Australia’s most exclusive waterfront property to everything in between.
“As a group, David Brown, Perry, David Manby and Raymond have collectively created one of the leading teams in the state and together ensure an in-depth and experienced leadership team is assisting in agent development and productivity, which in turn is winning them more business.
“It positions and sets them up for success in an ever-changing and competitive real estate landscape,” concluded Mr Mutton.
