What has been your greatest milestone achieved and why? 

I have just sold a property for $150,000 above another agent's estimated selling price and achieved a street record whilst assisting the owner in their next purchase and walking them through all the steps. She has now bought her new home, which is closer to her work up the coast, and is super excited for the change. 

How has RS helped you achieve your milestones?

The two-level home sold for $920,000, with 40 enquiries and 13 inspections before the sale.
