What is the one thing you have learnt over your years as an agent?

To be upfront and honest with both sellers and buyers.

What are your predictions about the 2021 market in your area? 

I believe the real estate market in Bayside will continue to perform very strongly as long as interest rates remain low and finance is easily accessible. 

What advice would you give to your vendors for the best outcome? 

I would advise my vendors to present their house as well as possible and to aim high in a strong, high demand market.

What are your vendors currently saying about the market? 

My vendors are excited about the prospect of achieving higher than expected results on the sale of their house.

What are buyers currently saying about the market? 

Right now buyers understand they are buying in a high demand market and are determined to buy a house in their preferred suburb.
