The Central Coast’s youngest principal Abdullah Choudhari launches two leading regional offices under the Stone Real Estate banner this week.
The 30-year-old’s decision to rebrand his leading offices under the Stone Real Estate banner this Friday (April 16) is a major coup for the fast-expanding agency widely regarded as an industry disruptor.
Primary among Mr Choudhari’s reasons for bringing his 20-strong team across to Stone Real Estate were opportunity to expand and the chance to be at the forefront of real estate.
“Stone’s major attraction for me is their technology plus their forward-thinking approach,” Mr Choudhari said. “For me being such a young business owner and principal with employees whose average age is around 30, it’s hugely important to be at the cutting edge of digital tech and marketing as well as business as a whole.”
Mr Choudhari said joining Stone Real Estate meant he could add at least 20 agents to his business by the end of 2022 and open two more offices in the region.
“Stone is about growing bigger businesses with better people not just putting an office on every corner,” he said. “Stone do not see new businesses as franchisees either, but business partners. They’re willing to be flexible in the way we operate.”
A major advantage would be the training and marketing tools now available to his team and new agents through the boutique agency. “Stone does not want to be second in line when it comes to technology or skills set and neither do we,” Mr Choudhari said. “Their technology is about getting more eyeballs on properties being sold and showcasing more options throughout the Stone network combined.”
“The new Stone offices located in Tumbi Umbi and Berkeley Vale headed by such a dynamic young leader will create a huge inroad for the agency on the Central Coast,” said Stone Real Estate head of franchise Luke Cameron. “This will complement our strength in the growing region.”
