First National Real Estate’s Western Australia agents were presented with their 2020 General Excellence and Marketing Awards at Crown Perth on Friday night.
FN Hedland (Port Hedland) received accolades after an extraordinary 2020 performance that saw it announced Magnificent 7 - Number One Sales Office of the Year and Magnificent 7 - No.1 Investor Relations Management Office of the Year.
Topping the individual awards was Kathryn State, First National Kalgoorlie, who took home Magnificent 7 - No.1 Investor Relations Manager of the Year; Amy Doran, First National Hedland, who won Magnificent 7 - No.1 Business Development Manager of the Year, and Rick Hockey, First National Hedland, who achieved Magnificent 7 - No.1 Salesperson of the Year.
WA State Chairman, Joe Bryant, says Western Australia was beset by inventory shortages in the sales and rental sectors throughout 2020. Although, home prices appear to have bottomed throughout most regions, and are now on the way up, we anticipate that rental stock availability will remain at almost crisis levels throughout 2021.
‘While our Western Australia membership is grateful the impacts of COVID-19 were not as severe as in the eastern states, our property managers still bore the brunt of commercial and residential tenancy challenges, and I know that every principal at our awards presentation tonight is deeply appreciative of the tenacity they showed.
‘Fortunately, strong levels of enquiry from city-based lifestyle change aspirants earlier in the year translated to solid activity in the latter part of the year, enabling our sales agents to achieve some exceptional results. I congratulate First National Hedland, in particular, on its outstanding 2020 results’
