One of Australia’s leading real estate course providers Real Estate Academy Australia announce Ramona Jedrzejewski REAA CEO.
One of Australia’s leading real estate course providers, REAA, have unveiled Ramona Jedrzejewski as new CEO. The change signals a new direction of leadership and growth for the business as they look towards revolutionising real estate courses.
Having worked in real estate for 19 years and with REAA for 12 years, Jedrzejewski is ready to bring her vast knowledge of the industry to the role and help improve support for people entering the industry.
“I want every student to feel supported in their journey and provide a course that not only delivers the training required, but empowers students to graduate and take practical skills to a new role,” she said.
Jedrzejewski believes it is REAA’s course structure which separates it from other providers in the industry. “At REAA, we understand everyone has unique circumstances, and sometimes finding large blocks of time to study a course isn’t realistic. That’s why our course is self-paced, and the study journey is specifically designed to be completed in segments that both reflect industry activity and make the task of completing the course less overwhelming,” she said.
Jedrzejewski continued “our platform ensures people not only enrol into a real estate a course but actually complete our course. Due to the self-paced design, if someone wants to move quickly we facilitate that progress as well.”
REAA currently offers real estate courses in NSW, VIC, QLD and WA, as well as the nationally recognised certificates and diplomas across mortgage broking and business. Despite over 5000 students undertaking REAA courses in the past 12 months, Jedrzejewski wants to help educate even more students wishing to obtain their qualifications in the finance and real estate industries.
“As CEO, I want to continue REAA’s strong legacy of supporting students’ entry into their desired industry and providing a course that gives them the best chance of success after they graduate. Importantly, we will not make the price of our course a barrier for entry, and will continue to deliver a top course at an affordable rate.”
A licenced and practicing real estate agent, Jedrzejewski sees maintaining her sales experience as a key factor in her continued success in the training industry. “I ensure that my skills are kept up to dateso our course material is always relatable to the current market. We have an incredible depth of experience at REAA, and part of my role as CEO is to utilise this experience to help better educate the students in our courses.”
