McGrath sells the latest Millers Point properties for $35.22M.
McGrath sold the latest tranche of government-owned Millers Point properties for a record $35.22 million on Wednesday night. So far, the firm has sold 102 properties achieving a total value of over $325 million as part of the Millers Point Sales Program.
McGrath Head of Company Sales, Kon Stathopoulos, said these results reflect the continued strength of the Millers Point market and its desirability to both owner occupiers and investors.
The 12 properties sold on Wednesday were sold as part of the government’s offloading of former public housing assets. The properties included four terrace homes, two apartment blocks — each with four apartments — and another block containing 12 one-bedroom units. Number 15 Lower Fort St, a five-bedroom home built in 1879, sold for $5.05 million.
